Yes. In order to complete our application you must possess a phone number under your name. This number will be authenticated during the application and will be one of the communication methods we use to contact you.
It is important that our loanees reach out to us in regards to upcoming payments, our team are always available to work with you in finding a solution. However If you miss an upcoming payment without contacting us. Most likely, the amount of your missed payment, a $59 late fee, or a NSF fee will be applied specific to your type of loan.
If there is no valid arrangement, applicable debt may be listed as collection. In that case, our agents will contact you to settle the funds.
